3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Supplier delays
Incorrect addresses entered by customers

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

4. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of boutique and made-to-order items, all sales may be considered final unless otherwise stated.

If returns or exchanges are accepted:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

The following items are non-refundable:

Sale items
Custom or personalized items
Intimates/swimwear (if applicable)
Gift cards

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
